So today, for those who have been following the developing details of Wrongfully Convicted Harry Briscoe, we are presenting the long overdue and withheld transcript portion of an unlicensed fingerprint examiner named BARBARA KUSZNIR.
BARBARA KUSZNIR was allowed to testify on behalf of the state prosecution. She "claims" she made a known fingerprint match comparison on Mr. Briscoe which physically placed him in contact with the homicide victim’s van in this case.
The whole mystery around Mr. Briscoe’s transcripts being lost, misplaced or kept inside of the Cuyahoga Dead Files Unit over 17 years, has always been because unethical law practices being allowed to play out inside Cuyahoga County, Ohio courtrooms. These courtrooms are supposed to protect the constitutional rights and liberty of the innocent. Because of the biased, unethical practices of the Cuyahoga Courts, Mr. Briscoe is being added to the list of wrongfully incarcerated men in Ohio, Mr. Briscoe is now able to provide PROOF of this miscarriage of justice that is a transcribed event & this transcript shows the total disregard for the equal protection of rights, and/or the right to competent trial counsel.
